For my Photography class, I had to do an "Urban" theme. I had to take pictures of things that represent urban, which means city. I went aroud the city and took pictures of what I thought best represented urban and what you wouldn't find in small towns. I took pictures of things like a skate park, a big grocery store, and office buildings.

I think the quality of the pictures taken with these devices varies. Some pictures are pretty clear when small but, when blown up, they tend to blur. iPod, iPad and iPhone pictures are somewhat similar to point and shoot camera pictures because of the clarity. However, they don't compare to SLR pictures which are much more clear and crisp.
I don't think there is really a market for this type of photography. I think it is more for peoples' enjoyment than for marketing.
